This train set was marketed by "The HO Train Co." of Philadelphia, PA. The basic set included a Tyco 0-4-0 switcher and the Tyco cars shown.  Only the "Deluxe Version" had the Gilbert 31019 0-6-0 switcher, the last 0-6-0 introduced into the line that had smoke and choo-choo.  Even though the photo on the cover is of the Tyco locomotive, the sticker in the lower right corner notes this to be the Deluxe Version.  There is a general consensus that the uncataloged 31019 was produced specifically for this set.
